Due to the nature of heavy equipment, all sales of our machines are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.  We take pride in the quality of the machines we sell and stand behind every unit that leaves our sites.

Equipment Condition & Inspection

Every used machine we sell undergoes a fresh annual inspection prior to delivery. This inspection confirms that the equipment meets applicable operational and safety standards at the time it leaves our shop.  As a result, buyers receive a machine that is current on its annual inspection and will not be required to obtain another inspection for one full year, saving both time and expense.

Warranty Policy

We do our best to ensure that all equipment we sell is 100% operational when it leaves our facility.  All machines include a 30-day parts-only warranty, providing peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of a mechanical failure during the warranty period, we will work with the buyer toward a positive and timely resolution.

Warranty terms:

  • Coverage is limited to parts only

     

  • Labor, travel time, freight, diagnostics, and downtime are not covered unless explicitly agreed to in writing

     

  • Warranty applies only to failures occurring under normal and intended use

     

Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible, not to leave you with unresolved issues.

 

Freight, Shipping & Delivery

Buyer is solely responsible for all freight, rigging, loading, unloading, and delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.  At the buyer’s request and as a courtesy, we may assist in arranging transportation at competitive rates, at the buyer’s expense and in addition to the purchase price, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.  Buyers may also arrange their own transportation and are encouraged to coordinate logistics with us to ensure a smooth pickup or delivery process.

Returns & Warranty Claims

Due to the size, weight, and transportation costs associated with heavy equipment:

  • Returns are not accepted, but can be considered on a case by case basis

     

  • Return shipping is not covered unless otherwise noted

     

All warranty claims are handled through repair or parts replacement only and do not involve machine returns.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to:

  • Ask questions prior to purchase

     

  • Request additional photos, videos, or documentation as needed

     

  • Confirm specifications and condition before completing the transaction

     

Once equipment has been delivered and accepted, it is considered sold as described.
