Who We Are

At Access Lift Equipment, we’re a business defined by our commitment to providing high quality new and used boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers and industrial forklifts at competitive prices for companies nationwide and around the globe.

We achieve that goal by ensuring every piece of equipment — which includes industry-leading machines by Genie, JLG, Skytrak and more — undergoes an intensive service and inspection process to meet our high standards for safety and quality.

We have locations in Pennsylvania and California. Our experienced logistics department can ship anywhere in the country at very competitive rates giving us a nationwide footprint.

Steve Hornbaker

President and Founder

An industry veteran of 27 years. Steve spent the earlier part of his career with JLG Industries in various sales and marketing roles. Steve left the corporate world in 2010 to launch Access Lift Equipment.
Brian McCleary

General Manager, East

Brian also spent the majority of his early career with JLG. In his nearly 20 years with JLG, he held positions in manufacturing, customer support, and used equipment sales. Brian joined the Access Lift team in June 2015.
Dan Corkle

General Manager, West

Dan completes the management trio and is also a JLG disciple having spent 15 years in sales with the company. Dan joined Access Lift in 2016 and was solely responsible for launching our west coast presence.
Mary Taylor

Office Manager, Logistics Coordinator

One of our longest tenured team members, Mary joined Access Lift in May of 2011. Her responsibilities include freight and logistics, accounts payable, inventory management and a variety of other duties to help keep the operation running smoothly.
Dylan Crowe

Regional Sales Manager, East

Dylan just recently joined the team in the fall of 2022 and has been instrumental in growing our re-rental business. Prior to joining our team Dylan worked in sales for a major aerial lift re-rent company.
Angie Rafailakis

Office Manager, West

Angie joined the team in early 2019 and brings years of professional office management experience. Angie wears many hats including HR, billing, accounts receivable and rental management.
Ozzie And Rosa

Office Cats, East

Rescued as 6 week old kittens, Ozzie and Rosa are responsible for putting smiles on the faces of employees and visitors. Other duties include shedding, sleeping and grooming each other.
