Description
Applications
Use the Genie S-65 boom lift in construction, industrial, maintenance and material handling applications, among others. Its ramped control system offers ergonomic, intuitive performance as well as precise boom operation. As a result, it is an excellent choice for applications in which fine movements are necessary. The S-65 is also easy and economical to use and transport. Its small footprint allows it to go where other lifts can’t, while a virtual pivot primary boom mechanism keeps its center of gravity aligned while minimizing machine weight. Fixed-width axles reduce the amount of time required for setup, allowing your team to get to work faster and keep productivity moving. While small and precise, the S-65 remains tough enough to work in rough terrain or other demanding conditions. A 4WD drivetrain is standard. The S-65’s positive traction system maintains equal power to all wheels at all times, while an optional active oscillating axle helps maintain stability in uneven ground conditions.Check Out Our Genie S-65 Boom Lifts!

What is a Genie telescopic boom lift?
A Genie telescopic boom lift (also called a straight boom lift) is an aerial work platform with a straight, extendable arm that provides maximum horizontal and vertical reach. Unlike articulating boom lifts, telescopic models extend in a straight line, making them ideal for jobs that require long, direct access to high areas.
Where are Genie telescopic boom lifts commonly used?
These lifts are ideal for:
Construction sites
Steel erection and framework
Bridge and highway work
Large-scale industrial projects
Outdoor maintenance on tall structures
They’re especially useful when you need to reach across wide gaps or work at high elevations without obstructions.
What’s the difference between telescopic and articulating boom lifts?
Telescopic boom lifts extend in a straight line for maximum outreach and are best for open areas.
Articulating boom lifts have multiple joints that allow for up-and-over maneuverability, making them ideal for tight or obstructed spaces.
Choose a telescopic boom when reach and height are more important than flexibility.
