Originally manufactured in 2006, this JLG 800S underwent JLG’s Factory Recon process in December 2017. The machine currently shows 3,073 hours and combines an 80-foot platform height with substantial horizontal reach for demanding elevated work.
The 800S provides an 80-foot platform height and 71 feet of horizontal outreach, giving operators approximately 86 feet of working height. Its dual-capacity system provides a 500 lb unrestricted platform capacity with up to 1,000 lb maximum capacity in the restricted operating envelope. These specifications are confirmed by the machine’s data plate and align with JLG’s published 800S specifications.
Designed for construction, industrial maintenance, steel erection and other high-reach applications, the 800S combines a straight telescopic boom with 360-degree continuous swing and an oscillating axle. Its 4WD system and 45% gradeability provide mobility on demanding jobsites.
